General terms and conditions for participation in the Artemis Gallery course program

1. Contract

1.1. The contract is concluded with the registration for an event and its acceptance by Galerie Artemis. If Galerie Artemis does not expressly declare acceptance in writing and by telephone or by e-mail, the contract is concluded when the confirmation of registration is issued. Subsequent changes, in particular the subsequent assertion of discounts, are not considered. When registering for a course, participants receive a confirmation of registration as receipt and receipt. The confirmation of registration is not transferable.

2.1. The contracts are concluded on the condition that the minimum number of participants published in the course program is reached.


2. Scope of services

The scope of the services of the Artemis Gallery results from the description of the course description published at the time of registration.


3. Charges

3.1. The fees are published on the Internet with the course schedule.

3.2. The right to a discount must be proven when registering by submitting the required valid proof.

3.3. A retrospective discount on booked courses is not possible.

3.4. No further individual discounts are granted for discounted events.


4. Payment methods

4.1. Registration obliges - regardless of actual participation - to pay the costs shown in the current course description before the start of the event at Atelier Artemis.

4.2. Cash or bank transfer takes place at the time of registration and is only to be paid directly to Galerie Artemis.

4.3. Subsequent invoicing in the name of third parties is not possible.


5. Organizational changes

5.1. There is no entitlement to the event being led by the course instructor announced in the curriculum.

5.2. If an event is not held because the number of registrations is too low, the participants will be reimbursed the fee they have already paid.

5.3. If parts of an event cannot be carried out in the originally intended form, the Artemis Gallery will offer the participants an equivalent replacement, in particular by making up for parts of the event that have failed. If an equivalent replacement cannot be offered or if the participants cannot make use of the replacement offer, the fees for the unused services will be refunded.

5.4. Cash compensation payments are limited - except in the case of intent or gross negligence - to the amount of the fee for the current course.


6. Disclaimer of Liability

6.1. Galerie Artemis is only liable for accidents and other damage to participants or theft or damage to their property during the course event in the event of intent or gross negligence attributable to it.

6.2. Galerie Artemis accepts no liability for accidents or other damage on the way there and back from the events.


7. Obligations of the participants

The participant is obliged to treat the equipment and event rooms of the Artemis Gallery used by him / her carefully and to observe the house rules and any smoking bans.


8. Termination

8.1. Galerie Artemis can terminate the contract for an important reason with immediate effect during a course segment. There is an important reason:

- If the agreed installments are not paid on time
- In the case of behavior contrary to the community
- In the event of significant violations of the house rules

8.2. The participant can terminate the contract in writing at any time.

8.3. Failure to attend the course does not constitute a termination.

8.4. The termination will be confirmed in writing by Galerie Artemis.

8.5. In the event of cancellation up to 14 days before the start of the event, the fee will be refunded.


9. Storage of personal data

The following data is collected when you register:
Name, first name, title, address, age, gender, telephone number, course title and remuneration.
